The Chirians were first encountered during the Celican Incursion. The remnants of this species live either as slaves to the Celicans (a point of contention within CAP during later time periods) or as migrant workers. The Chirians originated in the Chi-Rom System.
The Chirians are small, possessing rodent-like teeth in an elongated nose and mouth. The have fur over most of their bodies.
Technologically the Chirians only possess what they can steal, which is why they were so completely dominated by the Celicans. Prior to colonization by the Celicans the Chirian would have been considered TL 2 or 3.
